I think Tim felt good about his deal. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my workers treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on client service and being good citizens.
